Dr. Swati Desai is a recognized psychology professional in Los Angeles for over 20 years. She is a certified teacher of Mindfulness and Self-Compassion, trained by the Center for Mindful Sell Compassion. She has been teaching MSC for many years to a global audience.

MSC (Mindful Self Compassion) is an evidence-based program designed to teach you emotional resilience, reduce being tough on yourself and yet to motivate yourself to achieve what you want, being a better care-giver (self and others), and improving relations with friends and family. Mondays and Tuesdays from 8:30 to 9:45 am PST (Los Angeles), 9 pm to 10:15 pm Indian Standard Time

Ongoing Mindfulness and Compassion Support Group (ONLINE)

Dates:
Starting on March 28, 2021, Sunday. Continuing each Sunday.

Time:
9 pm Indian Standard Time, 8:30 am (PST)
. Covert to your own time zone.

This support group is designed for people who wish to continue their Mindfulness practice with a group of people from all over the world. You may have learnt about Mindfulness in the Happiness class or in any other workshop. In order to derive the benefits of Mindfulness, it helps to practice regularly with other people. The group will have teaching, ongoing meditation practices, and question and answers around any issue that comes up for the participants.
