Our vision is to contribute to the wellbeing of people, by promoting the experience of common humanity they share beyond the walls of culture and countries, through a deep practice of mindfulness, compassion, and self-compassion.

We do this by creating online global groups of people and offering them the following opportunities to promote personal and collective well-being. We ensure affordability to everyone regardless of their current financial constraints.

  2. Meditation groups to meditate together to support the practice and also to get to know each other
  3. By allowing interaction and compassionate listening in the classes and groups to foster understanding of the common humanity
  4. By promoting practice of activities (not just mediations) to cultivate mindfulness, compassion, and self-compassion
  5. Video recordings of tutorials and camps
  6. Guided meditations in the voice of many well-known meditation teachers
  7. Video and audio recordings of tips for psychological wellbeing
  8. Collaborating with other like-minded organizations
